To register for a class - plan on arriving about 10 minutes before the class begins and register with the teacher. The studio does not accept credit cards (cash or check only). Class descriptions and pricing are listed below the schedule. All classes are ongoing and you can join a class at any time. Pick a class time that works for you and plan on attending that class weekly.

Payment Policy

All of our classes run in 8 week sessions and payment is expected that first week. If you do miss a class, you are responsible for any make-up classes within that 8 week time period. You can also choose to take the price of one class that you miss and put it towards a private Embodyment session or... you can just miss it. You cannot transfer classes to the next session.

If you are new to the studio, we pro-rate the fee so that you flow into the 8 week sessions with the rest of the students as they turn over. You are always welcome to come and try a class by doing a drop-in and then deciding if you would like to join that class.

Beginner/Continuing - These classes offer both the beginning and continuing student the opportunity to explore a wide variety of poses. Working within the structure of twelve different themes, we will explore how Svaroopa® yoga can release the core tensions in your body. Note there are both 75 and 90 minute classes to choose from.

  • 90 minute class - $148 for 8 weeks Drop-in - $22
  • 75 minute class - $132 for 8 weeks Drop-in - $20
  • 60 minute class - $120 for 8 weeks Drop-in - $20

Continuing Plus - Designed to take the student who has been practicing Svaroopa® Yoga for at least 6 months into some of the deeper elements of the poses.

  • 90 minute class - $160 for 8 weeks Drop-in - $25
  • 105 minute class - $176 for 8 weeks Drop-in - $25

Deeper - 105 minute class that will explore the deeper elements to the poses. This class is for students who have established a daily practice and have studied this style of yoga for at least a year.

  • 105 minute class - $176 for 8 weeks
  • Drop-in* - $25

*Please note that you must meet the other requirements for this class before you can drop-in.

Prenatal Yoga - This class is specifically designed to meet the needs of your changing body and support you throughout your pregnancy. Learn how to support your body through changing hormones and special needs. Prepare and strengthen your body for labor and delivery. Foster the bond between you and your baby; quiet your mind and soothe your baby with this practice. This class is wonderful if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

  • 90 minute class - $88 for 4 weeks

Bliss - the deepest of the Svaroopa® Yoga classes, this class weaves together poses and philosophy to take you deeper into the bliss of your own being "Svaroopa".

  • 105 minute class - $176 for 8 weeks
  • Drop-in* - $25
