
To register for a class - plan on arriving about 10 minutes before the class begins and register with the teacher. The studio does not accept credit cards (cash or check only). Class descriptions and pricing are listed below the schedule. All classes are ongoing and you can join a class at any time. Pick a class time that works for you and plan on attending that class weekly.

Beginner/Continuing - These classes offer both the beginning and continuing student the opportunity to explore a wide variety of poses. Working within the structure of twelve different themes, we will explore how Svaroopa® yoga can release the core tensions in your body. Note there are both 75 and 90 minute classes to choose from.
- 90 minute class - $140 for 8 weeks
- 75 minute class - $124 for 8 weeks
- Drop-in - $20
Continuing Plus - Designed to take the student who has been practicing Svaroopa® Yoga for at least 6 months into some of the deeper elements of the poses.
- 90 minute class - $152 for 8 weeks

Deeper - 105 minute class that will explore the deeper elements to the poses. This class is for students who have established a daily practice and have studied this style of yoga for at least a year.
- 105 minute class - $168 for 8 weeks
- Drop-in - $23
Gentle - A 90 minute class designed for those recovering from injuries, illnesses, or who just want to take it slow and easy. Also a good place for beginners to start. Appropriate for pregnant women as the gentle poses can be modified for pregnancy.
- 75 minute class - $144 for 8 weeks
- 90 minute class - $152 for 8 weeks
- Drop-in - $23
Teen Yoga - This four week series is designed specifically for teens. We will work through a variety of Yoga poses and some relaxation techniques to help with the stress of being a teen. Call for series dates or gather a group of friends and we will see if we can find a time that will work for you.
Beginning Vinyasa -
A Svaroopa® Flow class links the familiar Svaroopa® theme poses together into a flowing, moving sequence that is easy to follow and fun to do! This class will give you cardio-vascular benefits and reduce stress and tension while opening your spine and boosting your stamina and over-all energy. Open to all levels. This is a perfect choice for your second yoga class of the week or if you want to learn to move in a yoga flow!
