A Three-Part Yoga Intensive

A New Year, a healthier and more peaceful you! Join us and learn through yoga poses and discussion how to cultivate a healthy relationship with food and your body. Each class will include poses designed to release tension and stimulate digestion, a look at the best times to eat, optimal ways to eat, and what foods best support your health and well-being, and ways to develop a weekly commitment to practice these new tools. No previous yoga experience is required.
