
Embodyment®
Embodyment® is a hands on, private yoga therapy session that is based on the principles of Svaroopa® Yoga. Embodyment® works on many levels to reduce pain, anxiety and stress, as well as to help quiet your mind. Each session promotes a softening of the deep tensions in the muscles connected to your spine. This is done while you lay in Shavasana, Yoga's relaxation pose. A session is one hour long and requires no previous yoga experience. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for your session. Sessions are done on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis for most students. Additionally, if you are experiencing chronic pain, you may benefit from a series of Embodyment® sessions done closer together. One hour session is $75. Series of four sessions is $280. Yoga Therapy
Using the principles of Svaroopa® Yoga, yoga therapy is a private session in which we use the poses, adjustments and alignments to create a deep level of change in your body. Sessions are one hour and we work specifically with the needs of your body. A session follows the same principles as all of our classes - Support equals Release.
